Create an effective product brief with this template inspired by product briefs that Britt Jamison created while he was the Head of Product at Webflow.
One great piece of advice that Britt says he gives to all of his product managers is to “describe a room” when writing a product brief. Talk about the layout of the “room,” who can use this “room” and more. Then leave it up to the other cross-functional teams to actually build that metaphorical “room.”
